For agencies serving local trades

Service-area pages and review funnels for every client, generated in minutes.

AreaHarbor is built for small web and marketing agencies and freelancers who look after plumbers, HVAC firms, roofers, electricians, dentists, and other local-service businesses. Give us a client's services and towns, and AreaHarbor produces the pages, the review funnel, and the review-request kit — ready for you to review, publish, and hand over.

No ranking promises. No phone system, no AI chat answering — just the pages and review tools, done properly.

The one job

One job, done completely: get each client found locally and reviewed honestly.

Most local-service clients have one generic services page for everywhere they work, and no simple way to turn a finished job into a Google review. AreaHarbor fixes those two things — and nothing else — for every client on your books.

1. Service-area landing pages

One structured page for every service × service area: the service, the town, the business name, phone number, and booking link, with LocalBusiness structured data (JSON-LD) included on every page so search engines can read the facts correctly.

2. A review funnel

One hosted link and QR-ready URL per client. Happy customers go straight to that client's Google review page. Customers who had a problem go to a private feedback form that goes to you and the client — not onto a public review site.

3. A review-request kit

Copy-ready email and text-message templates filled in with the client's name, plus an embeddable “leave a review / book” widget snippet you can drop onto any page. Your clients ask for reviews the same way, every time, without you writing it from scratch.

How it works

Three steps, per client

There is no migration and no new system for your clients to learn. You stay in control of what gets published — AreaHarbor generates, you approve.

Enter the client once

Business name, trade, the services they offer, the towns they serve, their phone number, booking link, and Google review link. About two minutes of typing per client.

Generate and review

AreaHarbor builds every service × area page, the review funnel, and the request templates. You read them, edit anything that needs your local knowledge, and approve.

Publish and hand over

Publish the pages, give the client their review link and QR code, and put the request templates to work after each job. We track pages published and review clicks from day one, so you can show the client what changed.

Demo

See it generate a real set — for a fictional plumber

The demo is pre-filled with RapidFlow Plumbing, a made-up plumbing business in Fargo. Change any field and re-run it: the pages, the schema, the review funnel, and the templates all update in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Fictional example — RapidFlow Plumbing, Fargo

Drain Cleaning in Moorhead

RapidFlow Plumbing provides drain cleaning in Moorhead. Call (701) 555-0147 or book online. One page like this is generated for every service in every town the business serves — Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo and beyond — each with its own LocalBusiness schema.

The 555 phone number and example links are fictional and safe to click around — the demo runs entirely on this device.

Pricing

Priced per agency, not per page

One subscription covers the pages, funnels, and request kits for the clients on that tier. Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly, and you can cancel any time. Checkout opens once our payment provider is live — until then, design partners use AreaHarbor free (see below).

Design partners — 5 spots

Use AreaHarbor free for 30 days. Tell us what is broken.

We are taking on five agencies or freelancers as design partners before paid launch. You get AreaHarbor free for 30 days for your real clients. In return we ask for honest feedback and, if it earns it, a testimonial we can publish. Our test for ourselves is strict: if a partner cannot point to a generated page live and a review request sent within those 30 days, the product — not the marketing — gets fixed.

Apply for a design-partner spot

No card required for design partners. Five spots only, so we can support each partner properly.

FAQ

Straight answers

Will this get my clients to rank #1 on Google?

No — and anyone who promises that is not being straight with you. AreaHarbor gives each client clear, correctly structured pages for every service and town, which is the honest foundation local search reads. Rankings also depend on reviews, competition, and the rest of the client's presence. We sell the pages and the review funnel, not a ranking guarantee.

Who is AreaHarbor for?

Small web and marketing agencies and freelancers whose clients are local-service businesses — plumbers, HVAC, roofers, electricians, dentists, and similar trades. If you manage one business directly, you can use it too, but the pricing and tiers are built around an agency's client book.

Does AreaHarbor answer my clients' phones or chats?

No. There is no phone system, no missed-call text-back, and no AI chat answering in this version. AreaHarbor generates pages, a review funnel, and review-request templates. Anything that talks to your clients' customers is deliberately out of scope.

What happens to unhappy customers in the review funnel?

They are offered a private feedback form instead of the public review link. That feedback goes to you and the client so the problem can be fixed directly. We do not block anyone from reviewing publicly if they choose to — the funnel simply offers the private route first.

Where do the generated pages live?

You review and approve every page before anything is published, and pages are published under the client's own presence — not held hostage on ours. If you cancel, pages you have already published are yours to keep; see the refund policy for billing details.

How does billing work?

Monthly subscription in US dollars — $49, $99, or $297 depending on tier — handled by an established payment provider (a merchant of record) once checkout opens. We never see or store your full card details. Design partners pay nothing during their 30 days.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Details are in our refund policy.
