Refund policy
Last updated: 7 November 2026. This policy applies once paid subscriptions open. Design partners pay nothing during their 30-day trial, so there is nothing to refund in that period.
Subscriptions
AreaHarbor is billed monthly in US dollars — Starter $49/month, Growth $99/month, White-label $297/month — through our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, or Polar, named at checkout). The merchant of record is the seller for payment and sales-tax purposes; refunds are issued back to the original payment method through them.
Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time, from your account or by contacting support. No reason is required and there is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Pages you have already published for your clients are yours to keep after cancellation. Hosted review funnels stop working at the end of the paid period unless you resubscribe.
When we refund
- First 14 days: if AreaHarbor is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment — no questions beyond what helps us improve.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges: always refunded in full.
- Service failure: if a paid feature was unavailable or broken for a material part of a billing period and we could not fix it, we will refund or credit that period fairly — tell us and we will sort it out.
- After 14 days: renewals are normally not refunded once the period has started, because access has been provided. If something exceptional has happened, contact us — we would rather be fair than hide behind a rule.
How to request a refund
Use the contact form or reply to any billing email, with the email address on the account and the date of the charge. We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and, when approved, the merchant of record returns the money to the original payment method — bank processing typically takes 5–10 business days after that.
Chargebacks
If a payment is reversed through a bank chargeback, the associated account is paused while we sort it out with the payment provider. Contacting us first is almost always faster for everyone.
